A Giant Squid 100 Hopeful

I've got seventy-seven lenses, several of which need massive updating or revision. And for some reason I think I might be able to make 23 more before the end of June! That would qualify me to be considered for the Giant 100 Club at Squidoo.

Today I decided to also join the Giant Squids Challenge... I looked at all the Greeters lenses for this challenge and chose Rajay's Rocking Squids because he had the fewest members at that time, plus I looked at his lenses and was intrigued by his guru lenses... I'm planning to feature them on my lens, Gurus Online. Honestly, it was a hard decision re: which team to join because I like all those lensmasters very much!

I'd better get hopping... I have a lot of new lenses to make!

A clear case of blog neglect alleviated by positive action

I know, I know, I've been neglecting this blog. I took a vacation from Squidoo (blush) and finished revising one of my novels for the sixth time. Now it is finished... really FINISHED. I'm so excited about that.

My Squidoo statistics have not changed all that much from when I last posted to this blog a few months ago. How sad is that? I've still consistently got about seven or eight lenses in the top 2000, whereas I would like to double that (wouldn't everyone?)

More good news... I spent time today updating my Mountain Music lens, which has been re-named, Mountain Music Elevates The Soul. It currently has a lensrank of 75137. I'm now engaged in all sorts of promotional activities to see if I can get this lens to rank better on Squidoo. If I'm successful, I'll make a lens to tell you how I did it! Meanwhile, aren't you in the mood to listen to some awesome and delicious mountain music?
